Terms and Conditions – UOE Portal

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing UOE Portal through any device — whether desktop, mobile browser or any other means — and by creating an account or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and UOE Portal.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of UOE Portal after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. UOE Portal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated to registered players through the platform and via email where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sections of the platform including Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Bingo, the Game Lobby and the VIP Programme. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be published alongside the relevant offer or game description.

2 Account Registration

To use any real-money features of UOE Portal, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, address or identity documents — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

One account per player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on UOE Portal. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details or any other arrangement — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, UOE Portal will close all but the original account, and any winnings or bonus funds accumulated on duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — secure and confidential. UOE Portal will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• All information provided at registration must match your identity documents
• UOE Portal may request identity verification at any stage — this is standard KYC practice
• Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending document review
• Players may be asked to verify their PKR payment method before withdrawals are processed

3 Age & Eligibility

UOE Portal is strictly for players who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. UOE Portal takes its age restriction seriously and may request age verification documents at any point. Where a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where possible and any winnings or bonus funds will be voided.

You also confirm that you are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and that you are not acting on behalf of another person, organisation or entity in doing so. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All transactions on UOE Portal — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits and VIP cashback — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). UOE Portal does not apply currency conversion charges. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming balance without deduction for conversion.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to the prevailing options shown in your account at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are generally credited to your balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times depend on the method used.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply per method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• VIP members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and, at higher tiers, prioritised or same-day processing. See the VIP Programme section for full details.
• UOE Portal reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on large or unusual transactions before processing them.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used previously to make a deposit on your account, or that has been separately verified to belong to the account holder. This is a security measure to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

UOE Portal offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and Cricket/PSL seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements. Most bonus offers at UOE Portal carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real PKR funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated on the promotion — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute a lower percentage
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active — placing bets above the stated maximum may result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for PKR cash outside of the wagering process
• UOE Portal reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to withhold bonus winnings where abuse or manipulation of a promotion is suspected

6 VIP Programme

The UOE Portal VIP Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite — each carrying progressively greater benefits including weekly PKR cashback, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing, personalised bonuses and dedicated account managers at Diamond and Elite level. Tier upgrades are automatic and based on loyalty points accumulated through qualifying wagers across Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Bingo and Game Lobby activity.

VIP status and accumulated loyalty points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the redemption mechanisms built into the programme. UOE Portal reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit values and programme structure with reasonable advance notice to members. Abuse of the VIP system — including coordinated wagering patterns designed to accumulate points without genuine play — will result in points removal and possible account suspension.

• Points accumulate from the first qualifying wager on your account
• Certain game types or promotional wagers may contribute at a reduced rate towards loyalty points
• Tier downgrades may apply during periods of inactivity as defined in the programme rules shown in your VIP dashboard
• Elite tier benefits are partly customisable and are agreed between the player and their dedicated account manager

7 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of UOE Portal covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. Bets are accepted on pre-match and in-play markets depending on the event. By placing a sports bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed — the odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being published, or where a bet was placed on a market that has since been suspended or removed. Void bet stakes are returned to your PKR balance.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed within the Sports section at the time of betting
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at UOE Portal's discretion — markets may be suspended at any point during live play
• Results are determined based on official competition results from the relevant governing body — for Cricket this means the ICC, PCB or the relevant board for the series
• PSL match results are based on the official scorecards as recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board
• UOE Portal reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict markets for individual accounts in cases of unusual betting patterns
• Any winnings resulting from a bet placed on an event where match manipulation or result-fixing is confirmed may be withheld pending investigation

8 Casino & Game Rules

All Casino and Live Casino games on UOE Portal use certified random number generation (RNG) for digital games and real dealer mechanics for Live Casino tables. Game results are determined at the time of each round and cannot be altered after the outcome has been produced. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes — each game round is independent.

It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing. Game rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information are accessible within the game interface or the game information panel. UOE Portal is not responsible for losses that arise from a player not understanding the rules of a game they have chosen to play.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's logic and the result applied to your balance when the connection is restored
• Where a technical fault results in an incorrect game result being displayed, UOE Portal will investigate and correct the balance where supported by game server logs
• Bingo game rules including prize pool structure and call frequency are published within the Bingo section
• Using automated scripts, bots or third-party software to play Casino or Bingo games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension

9 Responsible Gaming

UOE Portal is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We include deposit limit tools, session time reminders and self-exclusion options in every account's settings. These tools exist so that players can manage their own gaming activity — we encourage all players to set a personal PKR budget before they start playing and to use these tools proactively.

Gaming at UOE Portal is entertainment. It should be approached with the same mindset as any other leisure activity — an amount of PKR you are comfortable spending without financial stress, and a time limit that keeps the experience enjoyable. If you believe your gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage, the self-exclusion and limit tools in your account settings are there to help you take control immediately.

• Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly — reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period
• Session time reminders notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration
• Self-exclusion can be applied for periods ranging from short-term breaks to permanent exclusion
• UOE Portal does not market directly to players who have self-excluded or applied a cooling-off period

10 Account Suspension & Termination

UOE Portal reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions. Actions that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts or acting in concert with another account to abuse promotions
• Using automated software, bots or scripts in any section of the platform
• Chargebacks or disputed PKR transactions initiated without first contacting UOE Portal support
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards support staff or other players in any chat or live game environment
• Any activity that UOE Portal reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. Real-money PKR deposits that are not subject to an ongoing investigation may be returned at UOE Portal's discretion after the relevant review period. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error are welcome to contact the support team to request a review.

11 Privacy & Data

UOE Portal collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and marketing communications (where you have opted in). The full detail of how your data is collected, used, stored and protected is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall terms governing your use of the platform.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account settings. Withdrawal of consent for essential data processing — such as KYC verification — may mean UOE Portal is unable to continue providing services to your account.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on UOE Portal — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game content, text, graphics, promotional materials and software — is the property of UOE Portal or its content and game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on UOE Portal without prior written permission. This includes screenshots of game outcomes used in any commercial or deceptive context, and the unauthorised use of the UOE Portal brand name or logo in any medium.

13 Limitation of Liability

UOE Portal provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accessible and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. UOE Portal will not be liable for losses resulting from temporary platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts to restore service are made promptly.

UOE Portal is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform beyond the PKR value of any confirmed transaction directly affected by an error attributable to UOE Portal. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Gaming involves risk. You accept that you may lose the PKR funds you deposit and wager, and UOE Portal bears no responsibility for losses resulting from lawful gaming outcomes.

14 Changes to These Terms

UOE Portal may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the platform and, where possible, by email. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of UOE Portal after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a material change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options. UOE Portal will endeavour to handle such situations fairly and in accordance with the circumstances.
